As a Market Connectivity Intern, you'll gain valuable exposure to market infrastructure, broker relationships, and business initiatives that support trading activities across international exchanges. How You Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need to be curious, organised, and proactive. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, foreign brokers, exchanges, and internal teams to support market-related initiatives and project implementations. Your ability to manage details, coordinate across stakeholders, and communicate effectively will help drive successful outcomes and support the delivery of a seamless trading experience for clients.

What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Broker Relationship Support: assist with foreign broker management activities, including coordination, documentation, performance tracking, and stakeholder engagement
• Market Connectivity Projects: support the implementation of market and exchange-related enhancements, system upgrades, and business initiatives
• Exchange & Market Research: conduct research on market developments, exchange initiatives, and industry trends to support business planning and decision-making
• Trading Activity Support: assist in monitoring and supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing trading activity and client participation across markets
• Marketing & Client Engagement: support the planning and execution of market promotions, webinars, educational sessions, and outreach activities that drive client engagement
• Project Coordination: assist in project planning, testing, documentation, and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth implementation of business enhancements
• Reporting & Analysis: support the preparation of reports, presentations, and business updates for management and key stakeholders
• Stakeholder Management: collaborate with internal teams, external partners, brokers, and exchanges to support business objectives and operational effectiveness
• Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on strategic initiatives, process improvements, and other assignments as required

Who You Work With

The Market Connectivity team partners exchanges, brokers, and internal stakeholders to provide seamless market access and support trading capabilities across global markets. You'll work alongside professionals within Equities, Operations, Technology, and Business Management, gaining valuable insights into how market infrastructure, partnerships, and business initiatives come together to support a leading investment platform.
