Our Client and Broker Engagement (CBE) team manages AIG’s major client relationships across all product lines, as well as driving new business activity. The team serves major clients and broker partners through an elevated, personalized experience – our client-centric framework drives a consistent experience and best practice, while allowing flexibility to meet the client’s needs.

How you will create an impact

This is a unique role within our International Client and Broker Engagement team reporting directly to our International Head of CBE.  You will help drive key initiatives and support day-to-day management of International CBE including but not limited to, executive reporting, data analysis, project management and facilitation of knowledge sharing. This role will work across both Client and Broker Engagement and will expose you to all areas of a market leading global insurance business.

Responsibilities:

• Programme manage International CBE’s strategic initiatives to drive profitable growth across AIG International, providing performance reporting and insight to senior leadership when required.
• Own the International CBE operating rhythm across five regions, and alignment with North America, embedding consistent governance, best practice sharing and performance management
• Produce executive briefing papers, talking points and strategic material for senior leadership engagement with clients and brokers or other senior internal stakeholders.
• Ensure the International Head of Client & Broker Engagement is adequately prepared and briefed in advance of key meetings and other speaking engagements
• Own the communications plan for International CBE, including the quarterly Raise the Bar calls with the CBE community and ad-hoc written updates
• Work with data and analytics and CRM teams to ensure accurate and fit for purpose KPI reporting, driving adoption across CBE.
• Develop executive reporting and coordinate the delivery of quarterly business reviews for International CBE
• Support the delivery of the International CBE Summit and other leadership meetings to promote best practice and alignment across regions.
• Partner with other AIG functions including Finance & HR improving operational effectiveness and resource planning.
• Build strong relationships with Executive Managers and those in a similar roles across the business
• Provide support to other members of the International CBE team where required

What you’ll need to succeed

• Demonstrable experience of project/programme management.
• Previous experience across different regions and a working understanding of the global insurance market
• Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills and comfortable working with complex data
• Collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven interpersonal skills
• Effective organisational skills with the ability to achieve results under pressure, adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience supporting Executive level stakeholders and/or similar high-profile positions.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, conflict, and difficult situations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
