About the Role:

We are looking for an Internal Sales Specialist within the Hybrid Cloud Business Unit, with a main focus on Veeam solutions.

You will build strong customer and vendor relationships through proactive engagement and product knowledge across backup, recovery, and data protection solutions.

This is a sales-driven role, focused on generating new business opportunities, outbound activity, and achieving revenue and margin targets.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage the customer lifecycle

• Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships (including Veeam)

• Drive inside sales activity using data insights and customer intelligence

• Generate new business via outbound calls, emails, and campaigns

• Identify opportunities through pipeline development and project-based selling

• Manage sales opportunities end-to-end or collaborate with presales teams

• Provide and negotiate pricing, promotions, and solutions

• Drive vendor-focused sales initiatives (Veeam)

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline in CRM systems

• Ensure accurate forecasting and timely deal closure

What We Are Looking For:

• 1–2 years experience in sales / inside sales / customer-facing roles

• Strong communication skills and telephone presence

• Target-driven mindset with focus on KPIs and performance

• Strong organisation, planning, and prioritisation skills

• Understanding of sales processes and pipeline management

• Experience with CRM tools, quotation systems, or order management

• Interest or knowledge in IT, cloud, or data protection (Veeam is a plus)
