The Shared Service Admin will play a crucial role in supporting the BD team by managing administrative and secretarial tasks, preparing reports, conducting research, and assisting in event planning and execution. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Prepare regular revenue report for all BD Segment

• Supporting BD Support Staff in conducting industry and company-specific research to support strategic initiatives in all BD Segment.

• Assist in updating and distributing newsletters and publications related to all BD segments

• Assist in managing pipeline and ensure client contact information is up to date within Salesforce

• Support the planning, preparation, and execution of BD segment events, including logistics coordination.

• Manage calendars and schedule meetings for Partners and Directors.

• Arrange logistics for meetings, including booking meeting rooms and preparing slide presentations.

• Handle business travel arrangements and manage related expenses and reimbursements.

• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the team
