Where You'll Make a Difference

• Support the Global Trends & Foresight team in identifying, analyzing, and translating emerging societal, lifestyle, sensorial, and market trends into actionable business insights.
• Continuously scan and evaluate trend signals across multiple sources including media, trend reports, social media platforms, events, and digital communities.
• Maintain and update internal trend intelligence communication channels, resources, and knowledge-sharing platforms.
• Assist in the curation, organization, and maintenance of trend databases and insight repositories.
• Contribute to the development of trend briefs and strategic foresight content for marketing, innovation, commercial, and creative teams.
• Conduct background research and contextual analysis to validate trends and identify implications for the fragrance industry.
• Support the creation of presentations, reports, and visual content that communicate trend insights in a compelling and accessible way.
• Collaborate on internal and external creative partnerships, co-creation initiatives, and innovation projects.
• Help translate trend insights into inspiring concepts for fragrance development, storytelling, and promotional activities while participating in ideation sessions and workshops.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Consumer Insights, Trend Forecasting, Sociology, Psychology, Innovation, Design, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Available full-time for a 6-month internship starting December 1st, 2026.
• Strong interest in societal, consumer, lifestyle, and cultural trends.
• Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to connect information from multiple sources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capable of translating complex information into concise and engaging insights.
• Comfortable creating presentations and visual content using Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
