Internship description:  

Are you a motivated marketing or business student ready to make an impact at the world’s leading brewer?   

Our Trade Marketing team bridges the gap between brand strategy and sales execution, driving success across diverse markets. We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious student to join us and gain hands-on experience in one of the most dynamic and exciting industries.  

What will you do during the internship?  

• Support day-to-day operations in Trade Marketing, ensuring flawless execution of marketing campaigns in retail and Horeca.   

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects aligned with our brand and business goals.   

• Manage administrative tasks that keep the team running efficiently.   

• Gain exposure to the end-to-end marketing process at a global company.  

Internship duration:  

 6 Months, starting in July/August/September 2026  

Compensation:    

Unpaid (with potential for full-time employment post-internship)  

Learning opportunities:

 70% of your learning will come from on-the-job learning. As an intern, you'll get the chance to experience the real-life business whilst developing your skills - learning through experiencing different areas and building your own reputation. 

20% of your learning will come from mentorship programs, coaching, collaboration with key stakeholders & plenty of opportunities for feedback.  

10% of your learning will come from formal training, including workshops & online training courses. We will provide you with continuous opportunities to elevate your skills with access to free training sessions facilitated by AB InBev and LinkedIn Learning.  

 What we’re looking for:  

• You’re a student. You’re currently enrolled in a university program (this is a legal requirement for this position).   

• You’re in Belgium. You live in or near Leuven, can work full-time for 6 months and can work from our office.   

• You’re driven. You study Marketing, Business, or a related field and are excited to apply your skills in a real-world setting.   

• You’re eager to grow. You’re passionate about marketing, our brands, and the chance to build your career with us.   

• You’re committed. You view this internship as more than a steppingstone—it’s an opportunity to prove yourself and earn a chance at a full-time position.   

• You're fluent in English. German will be a plus
