What You Will Do

• Coordinate training programs, workshops, meetings, and divisional events.
• Manage participant registrations, schedules, attendance tracking, and training records.
• Organize meeting logistics, including invitations, agendas, room bookings, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and internal communications.
• Support project execution by tracking action items, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with trainers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support operational activities.
• Assist with purchase requests, invoice processing, and budget tracking activities.
• Contribute to process improvement and digitalization initiatives using business tools and reporting solutions.
• Support and, where appropriate, independently manage project-related tasks to gain hands-on experience in project coordination and business operations.
  

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Communication, Project Management, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience through internships, academic projects, or student organizations involving administration, project coordination, event management, or training support.
• Experience with SharePoint, Learning Management Systems, Power Platform, or similar business applications.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, or dashboard creation.
• German language skills.
