• Title of the Position: Peru Internship Program
• Location: Work Location: Hybrid between the Lurín Distribution Center and San Isidro Office
• Work Hours: 30 hours per week
• Profile:  Active undergraduate student with a background in Engineering, Marketing, Finance or Business Administration related
• Duration: 12-18 months.
• Qualifications: Graduation date must be between December 2027 and July 2028 to be eligible. English Advanced.
• Start Date: as soon as possible

The P&G Internship program offers promising undergraduate students the opportunity to grow as business leaders by stepping into the shoes of a P&Ger for a minimum of 12 months at our Lima offices. You will join one of our departments – Brand Management, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Sales, or Product Supply – and work on projects during your internship.

Some of your tasks will be:

• Work on key projects that you will own, lead, and deliver from Day 1
• Collaborate with a diverse team of P&Gers from various backgrounds.
• Develop innovative approaches to big problems using creativity and teamwork.
• Receive continuous coaching and mentorship from your manager and colleagues.
• Contribute to a dynamic and respectful work environment.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for a student who:

• Is an active undergraduate student with 12-18 months left to graduate. (Graduation date must be between December 2027 and July 2028)
• Has written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Displays strong teamwork, analytical skills, problem solving and an end-goal oriented attitude.
• Is driven to overcome barriers or setbacks to consistently deliver strong results.
• Is comfortable collaborating with people from different levels, backgrounds and experiences.
• Shows strong passion to continuously learn new things and grow as a professional.

Hard Skills:

• Understanding of business principles
• Experience using automation and digital platforms such as Power BI, KNIME, and Power Apps
• Highly organized and structured profile
• Basic financial acumen
• Proficiency in relevant software tools
