JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Title: Creator & Affiliate Marketing Intern

What you will do:

• Proposal Support – Help build and design proposal decks (PowerPoint/Keynote/Canva) for internal and client presentations, including creator and affiliate program pitches.
• Creator & Affiliate Catalog Management – Assist in curating and updating creator/affiliate profiles and product catalogs, compiling visual references, and helping draft or maintain internal guidelines.
• Creator Coordination Support – Support day-to-day coordination with creators, including tracking onboarding status, gathering content/deliverables, and following up on briefs and timelines.
• Product & Content Tagging Ops – Support product tagging across platforms (video, social, websites) to ensure accurate affiliate and creator campaign tracking.
• Operations Support – Handle day-to-day operational tasks including link management, updating tracking sheets, and following up with internal teams, creators, or partners.
• Performance Reporting – Compile metrics (CTR, conversions, revenue, creator engagement) into Excel/Google Sheets dashboards or simple reports.
• Creative Input – Use Canva or similar tools to create simple visuals, thumbnails, or mockups for decks and internal reference.
• Research & Insights – Research affiliate and creator economy trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to share with the team.

Who you are:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business, or related fields.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (comfortable with formulas, charts, and organising large data).
• Creative skills using Canva or similar tools for slides and visuals.
• Social media savvy and familiar with content and creator trends across major platforms.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Proactive learner with good communication skills, able to work independently and in a team.
• Basic knowledge of affiliate marketing, creator management, or e-commerce is a plus (but not mandatory).
