An iconic hideaway on the glamorous Athens riviera, reborn. On the sophisticated Athens Riviera, at the tip of a pine-clad peninsula, Four Seasons offers the best of both worlds: a laid-back seaside escape just 30 minutes from the historical city centre. Discover the wonders of ancient civilization at the Acropolis, then return to Four Seasons to unwind and relax. Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.

About the Role

As a Concierge Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the Concierge team and assisting guests with information, requests, reservations, and personalized services. You will work closely with Front Office, Guest Experience, Transportation, Housekeeping, and other hotel departments while developing your understanding of luxury guest service and destination experiences.

What You Will Do

• Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, communications, messages, packages, and deliveries.
• Support restaurant reservations, transportation, tours, activities, and personalized destination recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests, reservations, and follow-ups.
• Assist with service recovery and guest satisfaction initiatives.
• Collaborate with different hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Demonstrate Four Seasons values and service standards in every interaction.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel School, Luxury Hospitality, Guest Experience Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, tourism, or luxury service experience is preferred but not required.
• Genuine passion for hospitality, curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Good computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English; additional languages and knowledge of the local destination are an advantage.
• Professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Schedule & Hours

• This is a full-time, fixed-term internship.
• The schedule is based on operational needs and includes 5 working days per week, with 2 days off. Each working day consists of 8.5 hours, in accordance with Greek labour legislation.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.
