Job Description

Provide support to the company secretarial department.
Filing/ maintenance of all statutory books and non-statutory records for ease of retrievval.
Assist to handle all aspects of corporate secretarial work to ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2016.
Assist in the preparation of resolutions, SSM CRS/MBRS submission, and other corporate secretarial documents.
Assist to liaise with internal stakeholder & auditors
Other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
