We're looking for an Intermediate Implementation Consultant to join our team at Orion Health!

In this role, you'll be responsible for implementing and configuring our software solutions, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

You'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of healthcare technology projects, using your technical expertise to troubleshoot issues, support systems integration and deliver solutions that meet our customers' needs.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys a mix of hands-on problem-solving and customer interaction, and is looking to further develop their expertise in health technology.

What you'll be doing:

• Implementing, configuring and supporting Orion Health software solutions for our customers.
• Investigating and resolving technical issues across software applications, databases and integrated systems.
• Working with SQL, JavaScript and other technologies to support implementation activities.
• Supporting systems integration and data exchange between different healthcare applications.
• Collaborating with customers to understand their requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Working alongside project managers, developers and other consultants to deliver projects successfully.
• Contributing to testing, technical documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

We're looking for someone who's technically capable, enjoys getting to the bottom of a problem and is equally comfortable working with technology and people.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• 3+ years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, systems integration or a similar technical role.
• A solid understanding of SQL, databases and software technologies.
• Some experience with JavaScript or similar programming or scripting languages.
• Experience troubleshooting software applications and working through technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging directly with customers and stakeholders.
• The ability to work independently, take ownership and use initiative to solve problems.
• A collaborative approach and a willingness to share knowledge with others.
• Experience with healthcare systems, HL7, FHIR or other integration technologies would be highly regarded, but isn't essential.

Above all, you'll be a practical problem-solver who enjoys understanding how things work, isn't afraid to ask questions and can build positive relationships with customers.
