As an Integration Engineer- Manager, you will specialize in developing and customizing applications using the Guidewire platform, providing insurance companies with tools for policy administration, claims management, and billing. Within our Advisory - Other practice, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support to optimize operational efficiency and enable clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engage in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, and uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities

- Builds integration components for the DNA conversion wave, applying lessons learned from Systematics. Focuses on DNA-specific data models and Fiserv API patterns, leads a sub-group of Sr. Associate engineers, and supports SIT execution for the DNA wave.
- Analyzing client requirements and implementing software solutions to optimize operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Leading teams in strategic planning and execution of client engagement workstreams
- Motivating and inspiring team members to deliver quality and meet client expectations
- Identifying opportunities for enhancing business processes and contributing to the firm's success
- Embracing technology and innovation to improve delivery and encourage team development
- Addressing conflicts or issues and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- 9+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
