Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to understand their unique business challenges and system requirements. You will provide expert guidance on integrating various business and technology solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Your role includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives and customer journey enhancements, while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to design functional and application solutions that meet business needs. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable integration strategies that drive successful implementation outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of integration activities to ensure seamless communication between systems and business processes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM.
- Strong understanding of system integration principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing business process workflows within CRM platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable integration solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Veeva CRM/ Veeva Align.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
