About the role

We are currently looking for an Institutional Development and Training Specialist for our ongoing water infrastructure project

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting client relevant units in implementing the institutional development activities by developing a plan and monitoring progress
• Managing and coordinating inputs from other consultancies, individuals and firms, for the project
• Developing and helping deliver a training plan for the project
• Maintaining liaison with the client to achieve the ultimate goal of the assignment
• Taking part in all relevant meetings with concerned stakeholders and feedback the PMU on pertinent issues
• M&E, Reporting and presentations.
• Any other tasks assigned by client

About You:

• He/She should have Master's degree in Human Resources Management /Economics/ Commerce/ relevant subject
• He/she should have about 10 years international management experience and sufficient experience and proven experience in organizational development and training
• Working Experience in donor funded projects
