Job Description

Colegio Pedro de Valdivia Peñalolén se encuentra en búsqueda de un/a Inspector/a para el equipo de Convivencia Escolar, con fuerte presencia en terreno y foco en la intervención oportuna de situaciones que impactan el clima escolar.

Buscamos a una persona activa, resolutiva y con criterio, capaz de gestionar situaciones cotidianas y complejas, contribuyendo al orden, la prevención y la adecuada aplicación de las normas de convivencia.

Propósito del rol

Asegurar la presencia activa en terreno, interviniendo de manera oportuna en situaciones de convivencia, resguardando el cumplimiento de la normativa y contribuyendo a un ambiente escolar seguro y formativo.

Principales funciones

• Mantener presencia constante en patios, pasillos y espacios comunes.
• Intervenir directamente en situaciones de conflicto entre estudiantes.
• Aplicar normas y protocolos de convivencia escolar.
• Apoyar la gestión de casos junto al equipo de convivencia.
• Registrar y reportar incidencias, asegurando trazabilidad.
• Controlar asistencia, atrasos y cumplimiento de rutinas.
• Apoyar en la organización de turnos y cobertura diaria.
• Colaborar en acciones preventivas de convivencia.
• Derivar oportunamente situaciones que requieran mayor intervención.

Requisitos

• Experiencia en establecimientos educacionales en roles de inspectoría o similares.
• Capacidad de intervención en terreno y manejo de conflictos.
• Conocimiento básico de normativa de convivencia escolar.
• Habilidades de comunicación, manejo de grupo y criterio.
• Capacidad de trabajo en equipo interdisciplinario.
• Compromiso con la protección de estudiantes
