You will be responsible for the following: 

Insights & Intelligence Development

• Analyze GCash platform data to identify campaign performance patterns, audience behaviors, and emerging category opportunities.
• Integrate external market intelligence (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar, industry reports) to contextualize platform insights within broader market and consumer trends.
• Develop structured insight reports that translate data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations for internal teams.

Case Studies & Benchmarking

• Develop compelling case studies from advertiser campaigns that highlight learnings, performance benchmarks, and platform capabilities.
• Create category benchmarks and insight frameworks that demonstrate how brands can maximize impact on the GCash ecosystem.
• Build standardized templates and reporting structures to ensure insights are consistently captured and communicated.

Sales Enablement & Strategic Storytelling

• Produce insight-driven materials that help Account Managers strengthen advertiser pitches and strategic conversations.
• Translate campaign performance and category insights into clear narratives that support GCash’s positioning as a high-impact advertising platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate insights into pitch decks, marketing materials, and platform storytelling.

Knowledge Management & Continuous Learning

• Establish and maintain a centralized knowledge repository of campaign learnings, benchmarks, and category intelligence.
• Continuously monitor platform performance data and external industry developments to keep insight materials relevant and updated.
• Identify patterns across campaigns to generate forward-looking recommendations that inform future creative strategies and product opportunities.
