Nordson Packaging, a global leader in precision dispensing, fluid management, and related technologies, is seeking a highly motivated and talented Inside Sales Associate to support our base customer segment in Serris, France. Summary of the role  
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions will be valued and respected with full responsibility for your customer base. The job combines sales activities, with service coordination and support of our local organization.

Role and Responsibilities  

• Addressing our customer's needs, and consulting in our technical solutions. 

• Positive interaction with other departments as Service, Hotline and Field Sales, with the aim of providing excellent support and customer experience. 

• Maintain and build up a portfolio of existing clients and sales opportunities. 

Skills and Qualifications  

• Higher technical/Industrial education or equivalent 

• Experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support or Customer Service 

• Fluency in French and English is required – Spanish or Portuguese is a plus

• Advanced skills in working with ERP/CRM Systems  

Travel  

• No traveling required for the role
