Job Description

Responsabilités:

• Définir, affiner et comprendre les exigences des clients; passer du temps avec les clients/utilisateurs finaux et comprendre l'environnement du client.

• Réaliser l'architecture du concept de produit pour répondre aux exigences du client.

• Diriger la création et le suivi du plan de développement du produit/de la technologie, y compris le budget, les ressources et la planification, afin de mener à bien les activités de conception.

• Garantir la qualité, la fiabilité et la stabilité de la conception du produit/de la technologie, y compris l'acceptabilité du produit par les clients visés. S'assurer que la conception pour le Six Sigma et les processus de fabrication sont suivis pour un engagement efficace des parties concernées dans l'accomplissement des activités de conception désignées.

• Développer des solutions innovantes et créatives à des problèmes techniques complexes et chercher de manière proactive à protéger la propriété intellectuelle de BD.

• Synthétiser et partager tous les résultats des essais techniques et proposer des recommandations claires englobant toutes les évaluations techniques et commerciales.

• S'engager dans des examens techniques détaillés avec les équipes de développement / gestion de projet et être responsable de leur succès. Fournir une direction de travail aux autres membres de l'équipe centrale ou à la direction.

• Diriger des examens de conception, en faisant remonter, le cas échéant, les risques/questions/préoccupations de l'équipe
