You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."
You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.
At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.
You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.
Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.
As Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Construct LLC or Accenture Construct Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details.

You’ll manage project budgets and schedules to meet District standards, review budget status monthly, and report project status and progress to upper management.
You’ll manage contractors’ daily activities, review construction schedules and submittals, and coordinate responses to Requests for Clarifications and other contractor inquiries.
You’ll review contractor substitutions for compliance with project specifications and District requirements.
You’ll review and negotiate Contractor Change Order Proposals to establish fair and reasonable pricing, and you’ll address schedule impacts in accordance with project specifications.
You’ll monitor payments to contractors, architects, engineers, and other parties; administer Professional Service Agreements between architects and the District; and coordinate the delivery of fixtures, furniture, and equipment.
You’ll manage project close-out, including project certification with the Division of the State Architect and financial close-out.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
- The biggest builds going. Hyperscale data centers, grid and generation, transit and rail, chip fabs, mines, water. If it's complex and it matters, it's on our list.
- You own the outcome. Not a workstream. Not a deliverable. Whether the program lands.
- AI that shows up on site. Program control that predicts instead of records. You'll use it, and you'll help shape it.
- Scale without the distance. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, on a team small enough that people know your name.
- Serious investment in you. Leadership development, technical upskilling and certification support.
- Work that outlasts you. People will use what you build for forty years without knowing your name. That's the point.
- Recognition that means something in this industry. Accenture Construct is ranked #6 globally in ENR's 2026 Top 50 Program Management Firms and #4 in Building Design + Construction's Top 80 Construction Management Firms for 2026.
