We are seeking a Manager to join our Infrastructure Advisory & Transformation practice. In this role, you will help clients define and execute technology transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, modernize infrastructure environments, and enable business growth.

You will work closely with client stakeholders, architects, engineers, and delivery teams to assess current environments, develop transformation roadmaps, and drive execution of strategic infrastructure programs. This role offers the opportunity to work across cloud, data center, network, workplace, security, and operational transformation initiatives while building strong consulting and leadership skills. This aligns with the practice focus on infrastructure advisory, transformation services, innovation, and business value realization.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Infrastructure Advisory

• Conduct assessments of infrastructure environments, operating models, and technology capabilities.
• Analyze client challenges and develop practical recommendations aligned to business objectives.
• Support the creation of transformation strategies, roadmaps, business cases, and executive presentations.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align on priorities and future-state vision.

 

Transformation Delivery

• Manage workstreams within large-scale infrastructure and cloud transformation programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks.
• Track project progress, budgets, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
• Ensure delivery quality and alignment with client expectations.

 

Cloud & Modernization

• Support initiatives involving cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, automation, and operational transformation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, AI-enabled operations, and process optimization.

 

Client Relationship Management

• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders across technology and business functions.
• Support account growth by identifying additional opportunities to deliver value.
• Contribute to proposals, solution development, and client presentations.

 

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead small to medium-sized consulting and delivery teams.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance to team members.
• Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across engagements.
• Contribute to practice initiatives, knowledge sharing, recruiting, and capability development.

 

Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Required

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in infrastructure consulting, cloud transformation, technology strategy, or infrastructure operations.
• Minimum 8+ years experience delivering complex technology or infrastructure transformation projects.
• Minimum 8+ years knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), infrastructure technologies, and IT operations.
• Minimum 8+ years strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Minimum 8+ years experience working directly with clients and senior technology leaders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 8 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 8 years work experience) 

 

Preferred

• Experience with infrastructure assessments, cloud adoption frameworks, operating model transformation, or technology modernization.
• Knowledge of automation, observability, AIOps, and intelligent infrastructure services.
• Experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Communications, Products, or other large enterprise environments.
• Relevant certifications such as Azure, AWS, ITIL, PMP, Agile, or equivalent.
