What you will do
Source and recruit influencers across tiers (nano to macro), managing rates, usage rights, and deliverables
Research, negotiate, and manage contracts with influencer marketing agencies, tracking budget efficiency across engagements
Manage content calendars and go-live schedules, reviewing deliverables for brand alignment and content guideline compliance
Turn high-performing influencer content into paid social assets, including small-scale Meta ad campaigns
Manage brand's official SNS accounts (Instagram, etc.), including content publishing and community engagement
Track and report on campaign KPIs (engagement, CPE, conversion) to evaluate ROI
Collaborate with the broader marketing team to connect influencer wins to paid media, PR, and offline events
Skills, qualifications and experience we look for
Around 5 years of marketing experience, with hands-on influencer/KOL marketing required
Native fluency in Korean; working proficiency in English
Strong understanding of how Instagram, YouTube, and Naver function as community and discovery channels in Korea
Proven experience negotiating and managing creator contracts and deliverables
Strong written communication and copywriting skills in Korean
Preferred Requirements
Experience in IT/tech or SaaS product marketing
Experience running paid ads using influencer/creator content
Experience managing brand or company SNS accounts
Existing relationships with Korean MCNs or influencer agencies
Interest in and understanding of the AI/startup industry
