How you will shape Prophero:
As an Influencer & Creator Partnerships Executive, you will help us build and scale one of our fastest-growing acquisition channels: creator and influencer marketing.
Working closely with the Partnerships Lead and the Marketing Manager, you will help identify relevant creators, build relationships, coordinate collaborations and turn content opportunities into measurable business results.

Your main responsibilities will include:
● Scout and identify new creators: Research influencers, micro-influencers, UGC creators, newsletters and emerging profiles relevant to PropHero and our target audiences.
● Manage the creator pipeline: Qualify profiles, maintain our database, manage conversations and coordinate next steps.
● Support partnerships: Reach out to creators, introduce PropHero, follow up on opportunities and support collaboration agreements.
● Coordinate content campaigns: Help develop briefs, coordinate content creation and publication, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
● Stay close to content & trends: Monitor platforms, creators and emerging formats to identify new opportunities and bring fresh ideas to the team.
● Track performance: Monitor reach, engagement, traffic, leads and customer acquisition to understand what works and optimise the channel.
● Support media communications: Identify relevant national and local media, podcasts and newsletters, and support the team in coordinating interviews, press releases and other visibility opportunities.
● Collaborate across Marketing: Work closely with Social, Content, Performance, PR and Sales to align creator activity with broader marketing and commercial goals.

What you will bring to our team:
We are looking for someone curious, energetic and genuinely passionate about content and the creator economy. You don't need to be an influencer marketing expert yet — curiosity, initiative and willingness to learn matter most.
● 2 years of experience in marketing, content, social media, influencer marketing, partnerships or a similar role. Agency experience is highly valued.
● Genuine passion for content and creators: You naturally follow social media trends, discover new creators and understand what makes content engaging.
● Strong organisational and communication skills: You are reliable, structured and comfortable managing multiple conversations, campaigns and deadlines.
● Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset: You spot opportunities, take initiative and turn ideas into action.
● Creative but execution-oriented: You enjoy coming up with ideas, but are equally comfortable getting into the details and making things happen.
● Analytical mindset: You are comfortable working with basic performance data and using it to understand what works.
● Experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, newsletters/Substack or creator platforms.
● Advanced English, as we use English for internal communication.
