Influence Specialist

JustMarkets is looking for an Influence Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team and develop influencer partnerships across international markets, with a focus on Asia and MENA.

In this role, you'll be responsible for finding and engaging relevant influencers, financial content creators, and trading community leaders, building long-term partnerships, and launching effective influencer marketing campaigns. You'll work with different markets, manage influencer collaborations, and analyze campaign performance to drive customer acquisition and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Search for, evaluate, and engage influencers, financial bloggers, traders, and community leaders across target international markets

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors

• Negotiate partnership terms, manage influencer communications, and coordinate contract agreements

• Plan, launch, and manage influencer marketing campaigns across platforms such as YouTube, Telegram, TikTok, Instagram, and Discord

• Develop influencer briefs and collaborate with creative teams to prepare promotional content and integrations

• Evaluate influencer content to ensure quality, relevance, and alignment with brand guidelines

• Track and analyze campaign performance, including FTD, CPA, CAC, ROI, reach, and engagement

• Optimize influencer partnerships and campaign budgets to improve customer acquisition efficiency

• Monitor traffic quality, evaluate influencer audiences, and identify potential fraudulent activity

• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, competitors, new platforms, and relevant tools

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support international marketing campaigns and ensure compliance with financial advertising requirements

Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in Influencer Marketing within the B2C segment

• Proven experience sourcing, engaging, and managing influencers and content creators

• Experience building and maintaining long-term influencer partnerships

• Experience working with at least one of the following markets: Malaysia, India, Vietnam, Indonesia, or Arabic-speaking countries

• Understanding of key marketing metrics and ability to analyze influencer campaign performance

• Experience with influencer marketing and social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Rival IQ, Telemetr.io, Modash, or similar

• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing commercial partnership agreements

• Understanding of brand marketing, PR, social media platforms, and current digital trends

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple influencer partnerships simultaneously

• Strong communication skills, proactivity, independence, and a results-driven mindset

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, adapt to changing priorities, and take ownership of tasks and results

• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher

Will be a plus

• Experience working with financial influencers, traders, or investment content creators

• Previous experience in Forex, CFD, Crypto, or FinTech

• Experience working across Asian and Arabic-speaking markets

• An established network of influencer contacts in target GEOs

• Experience with different influencer partnership models, including CPA, RevShare, Flat Fee, and Hybrid

• Experience managing influencer collaborations across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, and Discord
