Job Description

We are looking for a talented, highly motivated student to join the PDC Planning organization and become part of a global, cross-functional team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to take ownership, solve complex business challenges, and make a meaningful impact. You will be involved in a wide range of planning activities and lead analytical and operational projects from problem definition through implementation.

You will work closely with stakeholders across Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and R&D to ensure operational readiness, support the execution of production plans, and drive alignment between demand, supply, and operational priorities.

As part of the role, you will analyze complex data, identify risks and opportunities, challenge existing processes, and translate insights into practical recommendations. You will also have the opportunity to present your findings, influence decisions, and implement solutions that improve planning and operational performance.

The role provides broad exposure to end-to-end planning and supply chain processes in a dynamic and complex business environment. It is an excellent opportunity to gain meaningful professional experience, develop strong business and analytical capabilities, and grow within the Planning organization.

What You Will Do

• Take ownership of planning-related projects and drive them from analysis through implementation.
• Support and execute diverse production and material planning activities.
• Monitor material readiness, identify gaps and risks, and drive cross-functional actions toward resolution.
• Perform data analysis, business evaluations, and operational calculations to support decision-making.
• Translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and actionable plans.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and develop practical, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and R&D.
• Present analyses, recommendations, and project outcomes to relevant stakeholders and management.
• Support strategic and operational initiatives across the Planning organization.

What Should You Have?

• Third-year B.Sc. student in Industrial Engineering and Management.
• Availability to work at least three days per week from our Rehovot campus.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to identify trends, understand complex data, and derive actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, data-driven approach.
• High level of initiative, ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to independently manage tasks and projects from definition through execution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills, including the ability to drive progress across complex interfaces without formal authority.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present data, insights, and recommendations.
• Fast learner with strong business understanding and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Advanced Excel skills. Experience with data analytics or visualization tools is an advantage.
