About the role:

Reporting to the Manufacturing Strategy and CI Director, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, through Lean Manufacturing and Factory Physics Principles, on days.

What you will do:

• Identify Opportunities for Improvement and Project Manage the introduction on new Manufacturing Systems and procedures to enhance the Fab’s operational performance. 
• Understand and Improve OEE performance and be able to drive Throughput improvement programmes
• Work with Cross Module teams to implement new procedures and Manufacturing systems.
• Project Manage Small and Large cross functional Teams.
• Speed Modelling + Throughput analysis.

What you will need

• Excel knowledge
• Data oriented
• Ideally Green or Black Belt Qualified - advantage
• Industrial Engineering Methodologies – advantage (Implementation and Analysis)
• 5S – Working Knowledge if Improvement program.
• Manufacturing Managements and performance Improvement program working knowledge,
• Project Management/ Leadership Experience - advantage
