We are seeking a highly strategic, commercially minded, and results-driven Indonesia Marketing Lead to join Accenture's Southeast Asia Marketing & Communications team.

This role will lead Accenture's marketing agenda in Indonesia, positioning Accenture as the preferred Enterprise AI and Reinvention Partner for clients, ecosystem partners, and future talent. The successful candidate will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand relevance, strengthen client relationships, build market leadership, and support business growth priorities.

The role requires close partnership with the Indonesia Country Managing Director and his country leadership team, industry leads, account teams, and regional marketing stakeholders to drive impactful campaigns and executive engagement programs

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Business Alignment

• Develop and execute Indonesia's marketing strategy aligned to business priorities and growth objectives.
• Translate business goals into integrated marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and demand.
• Provide strategic marketing counsel to country leadership and business stakeholders.

Brand Leadership & Market Positioning

• Strengthen Accenture's position as the leading Enterprise AI and Reinvention partner in Indonesia.
• Lead market-facing programs that enhance brand perception and thought leadership.
• Ensure brand consistency and governance across all marketing activities.

Campaigns, Content & Client Engagement

• Design and execute integrated campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels.
• Drive executive engagement platforms, client events, industry conferences, and ecosystem activations.
• Partner with communications, social media, talent brand, advertising, and account-based marketing teams to maximize impact.

Ecosystem & Industry Partnerships

• Develop co-marketing initiatives with strategic technology partners.
• Build relationships with key industry associations and external stakeholders.
• Leverage partner funding opportunities to amplify market presence and client engagement.

Measurement & Performance

• Establish KPIs and success metrics for all marketing activities.
• Use data, insights, and AI-enabled marketing tools to optimize performance and ROI.
• Manage marketing budgets, reporting, governance, and planning processes.

Experience

• 12+ years of marketing experience, preferably within professional services, consulting, technology or with Fortune 500 companies.
• Proven experience developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns and executive engagement initiatives.
• Experience working with senior business leaders and managing complex stakeholder environments.

Skills

• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.

• Strong campaign planning, event marketing, communications, and brand management capabilities.
• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimizing marketing performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in technology, consulting, digital transformation, AI, or innovation-led industries.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM and marketing technology platforms.
