Servis ağı operasyon takibi

• Yetkili servislere atanan iş emirlerini, açık kayıtları ve SLA sürelerini günlük olarak izlemek; geciken işleri ilgili iş ortağıyla takip edip eskale etmek.
• Servis kayıtlarının sistemde (ör. SAP, Salesforce Field Service, ServiceNow) eksiksiz ve doğru kapatılmasını kontrol etmek.
• Yedek parça talepleri, iade ve garanti süreçlerinin iş ortakları tarafından prosedüre uygun yürütülmesini desteklemek.

Raporlama ve analiz

• Servis ağı KPI'larını (SLA uyumu, ilk seferde çözüm oranı, tekrar arıza, ortalama çözüm süresi, NPS/CSAT) haftalık ve aylık raporlamak.
• İş ortağı performans karnelerini (scorecard) hazırlamak ve dönemsel değerlendirme toplantılarına veri sağlamak.
• Verideki sapmaları ve iyileştirme alanlarını tespit edip yöneticisine öneri sunmak.

Hak ediş ve finansal süreçler

• Yetkili servis işçilik, yol ve parça hak edişlerini kontrol etmek; fatura ve ödeme süreçlerinde finans ekibiyle koordinasyon sağlamak.
• Garanti taleplerinde usulsüzlük ve mükerrer kayıt kontrollerini yapmak.

İş ortağı ilişkileri ve süreç uyumu

• Yetkili servislerle günlük operasyonel iletişimi yürütmek; prosedür, duyuru ve eğitim içeriklerini iletmek.
• Yeni iş ortağı devreye alma (onboarding), yetkilendirme ve teknik eğitim planlamalarına destek olmak.
• Servis denetimleri ve kalite kontrol ziyaretlerinin planlanması ve aksiyon takibine katılmak.
• Müşteri şikayetlerinin ilgili servis üzerinden çözüme ulaştırılmasını takip etmek.
