As part of its development Volton strengthens its human resources in Thessaloniki and seeks an Indirect Sales Account Manager for our Northern Region.
As an Indirect Sales Account Manager, you will develop and manage a portfolio of commercial partners across Northern Greece, with responsibility for sales performance, activations and sales quality, maintaining a strong presence in the market and working closely with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate and approach new partners, participate in negotiations and support their onboarding and activation within the network
- Develop growth plans for each partner, monitor targets, sales opportunities and production forecasts, and implement improvement actions
- Monitor partner productivity, with a focus on confirmed and activated connections, cancellations and customer retention
- Conduct regular partner visits, support sales teams and organize training sessions on products, processes and commercial initiatives
- Drive sales growth across electricity and natural gas products and, where applicable, Orizon services
- Monitor compliance with commercial policies and sales procedures, identify potential quality issues or irregularities and coordinate the necessary corrective actions
- Evaluate the commercial performance of partnerships, taking into account commission costs, activations and quality KPIs, in collaboration with the relevant teams
- Monitor competitive activity and regularly present performance results, forecasts and recommendations to management
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in indirect sales channels and commercial partner management, preferably within the energy or telecommunications sectors
- Proven ability to develop new partnerships, negotiate and implement commercial plans with measurable results
- Strong analytical skills, numerical proficiency and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, personal accountability and willingness to travel frequently across Northern Greece
