Responsibilities: 

ETL Testing & Quality Assurance 

• Lead end-to-end ETL testing activities for data warehouse, data migration, and data integration projects. 

• Design and implement ETL testing strategies, test plans, test cases, and validation frameworks. 

• Validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes across multiple source and target systems. 

• Ensure data completeness, accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the ETL lifecycle. 

• Perform source-to-target data validation and reconciliation. 

Test Management 

• Manage testing schedules, deliverables, resource allocation, and testing milestones. 

• Estimate testing efforts and track project progress against timelines. 

• Monitor defect management processes and ensure timely resolution of issues. 

• Report testing status, risks, and metrics to project stakeholders and leadership. 

• Drive continuous improvements in testing methodologies and processes.
