ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Purpose:

Deploy the Marketing and Communication strategies defined by EMEA (Building, Infrastructures, Industry segments) in the local market (Iberia) providing the right content and activities for our customers, reinforcing our brands and positioning ourselves as the preferred provider in their minds to ease the purchase decision.

• Create or adapt content and materials to support the relationship with our distributors and with installers, to ensure our products and solutions are the best purchasing option to satisfy their professional needs.

• Ensure Aliaxis’ commercial brands presence in key industry events and trade fairs as key players to build our reputation aligned with our brand strategy and boost our solutions and product awareness among professional decision-makers to leverage our sales.

Key Responsibilities:

 Product Launches  and existing products support

• Design and/or adapt (if EMEA-driven products) the product marketing assets needed for their launch on the local market (technical documentations, packaging, content…).

• Create or adapt Sell in package for sales team and sell out campaign for the key audiences.

• Ensure the effective internal deployment of launch materials, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring all relevant internal audiences have the appropriate assets and information to successfully support the product launch.

• Collaborate with EMEA Marcoms teams to define Marcoms launch strategies and bring local market insights. Collaborate with Iberian Marketing teams (Trade, Digital, Product Managers, Sales) to deploy impactful activities

• Contribute to launch campaigns analysis (Kpis).

 Annual Catalogues for all the segments and Export market

• Lead the annual catalogue update process, coordinating cross functional stakeholders and ensuring quality, accuracy and timely deliver.

• Coordinate the design, content, production and distribution with EMEA team.

• Propose and implement improvements of catalogues to better meet customer needs and enhance the user experience.

Brand consistency and content

•  Ensure consistency in the visual identity and proper implementation of the brands’ guidelines on the local market. Craft the best content to promote our solutions and services (videos, presentations, pictures, project case studies… ) aligned with EMEA strategy for each product category, focused on getting the most significant impact on sales.

 Industry events and trade exhibitions  

• Design and produce the booth where we participate and adapt it to each event.

• Coordinate product and solutions display and logistics to ensure the right availability.

• Coordinate the design and production of the materials used during the event (videos, catalogue, leaflets…)

• Coordinate different providers depending on the needs.

• Design and production of the booth, adapted to each event.

• Ensure allignment on product and solutions display with the communication goals of the events & exhibitions.

• Coordinate the design and production of the materials used during the event (videos, catalogue, leaflets…)

• Coordinate different external and internal suppliers.

• With the support of the event specialist, coordinate all the areas to make the most of our participation: event’s goals, people involved, materials needed, and results analysis

Support Key Distributors` events  

• Support key customer events by coordinating the development and availability of marketing assets (brochures, catalogues, videos or other branded assets)

Experience and Knowledge:

• University on Marketing, Communication, Business, or equivalent. Master’s degree is desirable.

• 3-8 years of experience in Marketing communications, product marketing, event organization of experience in Marketing Experience.

• English proficient

• Interest in technical universes.

• Ability to manage cross-functional projects (from planning to execution, coordinating multiple stakeholders, timelines), prioritize issues/escalations, and engage different roles for collaboration.

• Proven experience working in marketing teams and coordinating creativity agencies and freelancers.

• Deep understanding of omnichannel strategies and branding to ensure a consistent & quality experience.

• An eye for good copywriting.
