- Flexible working arrangements: Flexible working hours and location arrangements help you balance work with the rest of your life.
Your experience and ambitions
We are looking for a forward-thinking Identity and Access Management professional who understands both the technical solutions and their broader organizational significance. You are able to see the big picture, identify development opportunities and translate objectives into concrete actions. You have good collaboration skills.
We hope you have:
- Proven experience in developing a long-term vision, assessing development needs and steering the development of the overall IAM environment.
- Leadership skills - gained through previous line management responsibilities or, for example, project management.
- Technical IAM expertise: the technologies particularly relevant to us are One Identity, Microsoft Entra ID and Shibboleth. Familiarity with the Haka identity federation is considered an advantage.
- Experience in working, influencing, and leading projects in a large or otherwise complex organization.
- A relevant higher education degree is considered an advantage.
You will thrive in this role if you can build a shared understanding among diverse stakeholders, communicate technical and business needs clearly, and drive initiatives forward with determination. You are solution-oriented and passionate about development, willing to challenge established practices and eager to learn and grow together with others.
You communicate fluently in English. Knowledge of Finnish is considered an advantage.
