Visit us at www.accenture.com.We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial specialist to join our FP&A team, combining traditional financial planning expertise with advanced data engineering and business intelligence capabilities. This role requires a professional who can bridge the gap between finance and technology, delivering actionable insights through sophisticated data modeling and visualization. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of financial analytics within our organization while working with cutting-edge technology and AI-driven insights. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in transforming how we analyze and present financial information to drive strategic business decisions.

What are we looking for?

• Expert-level Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, administration)
• Advanced SQL and database management
• Microsoft Copilot for Power BI implementation and optimization
• Data visualization and storytelling
• Financial modeling and analysis
• ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline development
• Excel advanced functions and financial modeling
• Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
• Demonstrated experience with data engineering tools and techniques (SQL, Python/R, ETL processes)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot for Power BI and AI-driven analytics
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and business metrics
• Experience with cloud platforms (Databricks, Azure, AWS) and modern data stack technologies
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, or similar data platform technologies
