You will be aligned with our Marketing Operations vertical and will support social media analytics for global clients. You will monitor, collect, and analyse social media data across platforms to generate insights on brand performance, audience behavior, content effectiveness, and competitive landscape. You will translate social data into actionable recommendations that inform content strategy, community management, and paid social decisions.
What are we looking for? ? Total 2–5 years of experience; 2+ years in social media analytics or digital analytics ? Hands-on experience with social media analytics and listening tools (Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Meltwater, or similar) ? Proficiency in native analytics platforms: Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, TikTok Analytics ? Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting ? Solid understanding of social media KPIs: engagement rate, reach, impressions, sentiment score, SOV ? Ability to identify content trends and translate data into strategic recommendations ? Strong attention to detail and data quality mindset ? Good English communication and presentation skills ? Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Statistics, or a related field ? Experience with Power BI or Tableau for social media dashboards ? Basic SQL for data extraction and manipulation ? Knowledge of SEO and its relationship with social content strategy ? Experience with influencer analytics or creator performance tracking
Roles and Responsibilities: ? Monitor and extract social media performance data across platforms (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok) using native analytics tools and social listening platforms ? Build and maintain regular social media performance reports and dashboards tracking reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, and sentiment ? Conduct audience analysis to understand demographics, interests, and content preferences of brand followers ? Perform content performance analysis to identify top-performing post types, formats, and themes ? Track brand sentiment and share of voice using social listening tools (e.g. Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Meltwater, or similar) ? Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and gaps relative to key competitors ? Support campaign reporting for paid and organic social, providing pre- and post-campaign analysis ? Collaborate with content, community management, and paid media teams to align analytics outputs with strategic needs ? Translate social insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders ? Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, new features, and emerging trends in social media
