Ymunwch â’r Egni yn Freedom Leisure – Gwneud yn Dda, Teimlo’n Dda!

Yn Freedom Leisure, mae popeth yn ymwneud ag awyrgylch cadarnhaol, pobl wych, a chael effaith go iawn. Ydyn, rydyn ni’n rhedeg cyfleusterau hamdden a diwylliannol, campfeydd, a phyllau nofio—ond wrth wraidd y cyfan, ein pobl ni sy'n gwneud y gwahaniaeth.

Fel un o ymddiriedolaethau hamdden elusennol blaenllaw'r DU, rydyn ni’n falch o'n cenhadaeth o Wella Bywydau Trwy Hamdden. Rydyn ni yma i helpu cymunedau i fyw bywydau iachach a hapusach trwy wneud ein canolfannau'n groesawgar, yn gynhwysol, ac yn hygyrch i bawb - oherwydd mae pawb yn haeddu teimlo'n dda. Rydyn ni i gyd am ddarparu gwasanaeth cwsmeriaid anhygoel gyda gwên—bob dydd. Rydyn ni’n creu mannau lle mae pobl yn teimlo'n gartrefol, wedi'u cefnogi, ac wedi'u hysbrydoli.

Os ydych chi'n angerddol am helpu eraill ac yn caru creu profiadau gwych, byddwch chi'n teimlo'n gartrefol gyda ni. Nid oes angen i chi fod yn arbenigwr i ddechrau - byddwn yn rhoi'r holl hyfforddiant a chefnogaeth sydd eu hangen arnoch chi. Gyda dros 130 o ganolfannau ledled Cymru a Lloegr, mae yna lawer o le i dyfu. Mae llawer o'n tîm wedi adeiladu gyrfaoedd anhygoel gan wneud yr hyn maen nhw'n ei garu, gan helpu cwsmeriaid o ddydd i ddydd a gwneud i bobl deimlo'n dda.

Rydyn ni’n falch o fod yn weithle lle mae croeso i bawb, eu bod yn cael eu gwerthfawrogi, a'u cefnogi i ffynnu—oherwydd pan fydd ein tîm yn adlewyrchu'r cymunedau rydyn ni’n eu gwasanaethu, rydyn ni i gyd yn tyfu'n gryfach gyda'n gilydd.

Rydym yn chwilio am Hyfforddwr Ioga i ymuno â'n tîm cyfeillgar a phroffesiynol. Byddwch yn canolbwyntio ar y cwsmer ac yn sicrhau bod pawb sy'n mynychu yn cael y gorau o'r dosbarth, mewn amgylchedd hwyliog, pleserus a diogel. Rydym yn chwilio am berson pobl go iawn, sy'n chwaraewr tîm, gan y byddwch yn gweithio ochr yn ochr ag aelodau o'r tîm ffitrwydd i sicrhau rhaglen ddosbarth lwyddiannus.

Rydym hefyd yn croesawu ceisiadau gan Hyfforddwyr angerddol a all ddod â rhywbeth newydd i'r rhaglen. Ein ffocws allweddol yw sicrhau bod ein gweithwyr a'n cwsmeriaid yn cael y profiad gorau posibl.

Os derbynnir nifer fawr o geisiadau addas, gall y swydd gau cyn y dyddiad cau penodedig. Gwnewch gais cyn gynted â phosibl os oes gennych ddiddordeb.
