We're looking for a motivated HVAC Install Helper to join our experienced installation team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is just getting started in the trades or looking to turn their mechanical skills into a career. What You'll Do

• Work alongside experienced HVAC installers and learn the trade hands-on

• Assist with residential HVAC installations

• Help install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related equipment

• Learn how to safely use hand and power tools

• Load and unload materials and equipment

• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe

• Learn installation techniques, tools, and best practices from experienced technicians

• Build real-world skills that can help you advance your career in HVAC

• Deliver outstanding customer service in customers' homes

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license

• Comfortable using power tools and working with your hands

• Able to climb ladders, lift up to 100 lbs., and work in attics and other tight spaces

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure

• Mechanically inclined and curious about how things work

• Willingness to learn—we can teach HVAC skills to the right person

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Reliable, dependable, and ready to show up and be part of a team

• Interested in building a long-term career in the skilled trades
