We’re looking for motivated HVAC Install Apprentices who want hands-on experience, professional training, and the opportunity to learn from experienced installers in the field.

You don’t need years of HVAC experience to get started. We’re looking for people who are dependable, mechanically inclined, willing to learn, and serious about building a long-term career.

As an Install Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced HVAC installers and gradually build the skills needed to install residential heating and cooling systems safely and correctly.

What You’ll Learn & Do

• Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC system replacements and new installations.
• Help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, thermostats, ductwork, and related equipment.
• Learn how to safely remove and replace HVAC equipment.
• Assist with refrigerant lines, condensate drains, electrical connections, venting, and system components.
• Learn how to properly use HVAC tools, testing equipment, and installation materials.
• Help prepare equipment and materials before each installation.
• Load and unload equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
• Protect customers’ homes while work is being completed.
• Learn proper installation procedures, manufacturer requirements, and safety standards.
• Assist with system startup, testing, and jobsite cleanup.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and assigned vehicles.
• Participate in company training and professional development.
• Work toward certifications and advancement into higher-level HVAC installation roles.

What We’re Looking For

• No prior HVAC experience required; construction, mechanical, maintenance, or trade experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working with hand tools and power tools.
• Dependable and able to show up on time every day.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take direction and accept coaching.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to safety and quality.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and outdoor conditions.
• Ability to lift and move HVAC equipment and materials.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to obtain required HVAC certifications as you progress.
