The HR Coordinator is responsible for assisting the HR team with the implementation and administration of policies and programs concerning;  employee relations, benefits, development, compensation, payroll, recruitment, workers compensation, safety, performance management, legal compliance, and EEO/affirmative action. This role provides transactional and administrative support for HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for employee data changes and payroll data in ADP WFN.
• Communicate benefit information to employees, enroll employees process changes to their status, maintain employee benefits files, and support the Benefits Manager in investigating and resolving problems.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and reporting requirements covering the benefits area.  
• Assist with the internal and external recruitment and employment process for posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and preboarding/onboarding process and support management.
• Maintain Human Resources records ensuring confidentiality and limited access according to procedure, posted notices, maintained records, investigated and resolved employee complaints, and recommended changes necessary to achieve compliance.
• Provide support and backup in addressing safety and health incidents.
• Coordinate site-specific events and initiatives.

Experience, Skills, Education:

• Must have an Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 1 year of related HR experience required.
• Knowledge of human resources systems, policies, and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
