Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing administrative responsibilities with employee support and compliance initiatives. This individual will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while serving as a trusted resource for employee payroll-related questions and maintaining compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations

Payroll & Benefits Administration

• Process payroll accurately and timely for employees across multiple locations and states.
• Maintain payroll records and resolve payroll-related discrepancies.
• Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate open enrollment activities.
• Manage employee status changes, compensation updates, and deductions.
• Partner with leadership and finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of Payroll experience
• Experience processing payroll for multi-site, multi-location, or multi-unit organizations 
• Strong understanding of payroll administration, wage and hour regulations, and employment compliance requirements
• Experience maintaining confidential employee records and HR documentation
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting multiple business units and leaders
