The Activation Hub is the Reinvention Services M + C team engine. Rooted in craft mastery, organized by craft skills and AI powered. It is a living system experimenting and innovating new ways of working to power shared success across reinvention services.

You'll be joining a team that operates in an agency model, teaming on projects – creating, planning, managing and executing end-to-end, in partnership with our Reinvention Services program owners, working with business needs and collaborating with team members across our M&C function.

As an Ecosystem Programs M+C Senior Analyst, you will provide executional and operational support across ecosystem marketing and activation programs. You will play a hands‑on role in program coordination—supporting project management, logistics, data quality, and day‑of execution to ensure programs are well‑organized, operationally sound, and delivered with rigor and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide execution support for ecosystem program activities, including project management coordination, scheduling, asset trafficking, and data quality management to support value tracking.
• Manage logistics for ecosystem programs and events, including speaker invites, calendars, travel, registration setup, communications distribution, and day‑of operations such as room moderation, check‑in, troubleshooting, and live execution support.
• Maintain project milestones, including status tracking, action logs, version control, approvals routing, and readiness documentation.
• Support measurement readiness and reporting, including tagging support, lead routing, attendance reporting, and data accuracy.
• You may support partner awards and rankings programs, coordinating timelines, inputs, and deliverables.

Job Qualifications

Experience

• 1–4+ years of experience in event delivery and/or marketing project management.
• Strong writing and verbal communication; attention to detail 

• Skills & Qualifications Presentation delivery skills, with the ability to support program execution and live experiences.Experience with audience segmentation and customer journey mapping to inform targeted program delivery.Hands‑on experience supporting event experience management, planning, and production.Capability in content curation, creative development, planning, and distribution.Strong, effective written communication skills across marketing and communications deliverables, including support for B2B marketing communications aligned to brand standards.Understanding of brand alignment and best practices across visual, digital experience, and digital communications, supporting integrated ecosystem programs.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• A higher degree is preferred, especially in IT, Data Science, Bioengineering, Bioinformatics, or Data Analytics.
• Candidates should have at least one year of hands-on experience in data analysis for Analyst position, and three years for Consultant positions, ideally in similar capacities
• Demonstrated expertise or background in Life Science, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industries
• Solid understanding of how data and artificial intelligence can transform businesses and create value is essential
• Skilled in data analysis, managing data quality, and developing/designing data products
• Applicants must demonstrate strong analytical skills and effective problem-solving abilities
• The role requires skills in converting complex data concepts into straightforward requirements
• Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and Python is necessary
• An understanding of Cloud computing fundamentals, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is required, experience with Veeva Systems is a plus
• Proficiency with requirement engineering tools and methodologies like Jira, Confluence, Lucid, or comparable platforms is expected
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for collaborating with stakeholders from various backgrounds
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks, particularly SAFe and Scrum, as well as product management tools, is desirable

Nice to have:

• Interest in learning and applying GenAI, Agentic AI for various use cases (i.e. accelerate drug discovery pipelines, automate regulatory documentation, pharmacovigilance)
• Knowledge of data modelling, data warehousing concepts, data products creation, system integration patterns is nice to have
