Within the HR Technology & Transformation team, we place people at the heart of every transformation. Our work goes beyond system implementation: we help organisations create more transparent, efficient and human‑centred HR experiences. By co‑creating and co‑innovating with our clients, we design digital HR solutions that genuinely empower employees and support better decision‑making.  

As part of the projects you will be working on, your role will move fluidly between supporting HR platforms implementation and rethinking HR processes, supporting HR projects rollout (such as payroll implementations, pay transparency projects, strategic workforce planning initiatives, change management support, etc.).
