Job Description

- Manage and administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices. (Annual compensation cycle, Sales Incentive program, Pay range, etc)
- Oversee HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Manage Annual HR processes through close communication and partnership with the Associate Service Center (ASC).
- Collaborate with various departments to support HR initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Support recruitment tasks, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Partner.
- Support internal engagement events to promote a company value and culture.
 
Qualifications:

- 5~7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on C&B and HR operations.

Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication in both Korean and English and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with associates at all levels.
- Proactive and adaptable with a growth mindset.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the multinational medical device industry or a similar field.
