What would you do? • Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. • Have good Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and related functions. • Payroll certification is an added advantage. • Understand existing process metrics and continuously improve measurement systems for effectiveness and transparency. • Have detailed knowledge of process metrics such as: • SLA (Service Level Agreement) • OLA (Operational Level Agreement) • KPI • Implement and manage payroll accounting processes and solutions within Workday paltforms.
What are we looking for? • • Payroll certification is an added advantage. • • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • • Good Excel knowledge including:  • o VLOOKUP • o Pivot Tables • Certifications: Payroll certification preferred but not mandatory• • Minimum 5 to 7 years of payroll experience in countries such as: • o US • o UK • o Europe • o India • o Other regions • • Minimum 3 years of experience managing teams and key stakeholders. • • Strong understanding of payroll legislation, such as: • o US W4 W2 Forms • o UK P60 P45 P11D • o Final Paycheck Laws • o State reciprocal agreements • • Thorough understanding of payroll controls and validation checks, including: • o Payroll reconciliation • o Variance analysis • o Zero or Negative Net Pay reports • o Duplicate payment reports • o Input vs Output validation checks • • Knowledge of ERP applications such as: • o SAP
Roles and Responsibilities: • Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems. • Interact regularly with peers within the organization. • Engage with management and stakeholders when required. • Work with minimal supervision on daily activities. • Receive moderate guidance for new assignments. • Make decisions that impact personal work and potentially the work of others. • Function as an individual contributor and or oversee a small team or work effort. • Be willing to work in rotational shifts if required. • • Report performance measures to stakeholders. • • Escalate issues and seek guidance when dealing with complex problems. • • Ensure Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans are updated and tested regularly. • • Coordinate testing activities with appropriate teams. • • Create logical plans, realistic estimates, and schedules for activities or project segments. • • Document progress, issues, and agreements accurately. • • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective and preventive actions. • • Support knowledge transfer activities and gain in depth process knowledge. • • Participate in process-related initiatives and improvement programs. • • Ensure process dashboards and visual management boards are reviewed and updated regularly. • • Participate in business meetings, both virtual and in-person. • • Escalate technology issues appropriately. • • Support organizational visits and reviews when required. • • Suggest process improvement ideas that: • o Reduce time • o Improve accuracy • o Enhance controls • • Collaborate effectively with internal and third party stakeholders to achieve business goals.
