Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Provide support to HRBP and TA Team on the initial candidate sourcing and job posting across various recruitment channels in Hong Kong.

• Organize and participate in university career fairs, campus recruitment talks, summer internship programmes and related recruitment campaigns.

• Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring data to provide insights and support TA strategies and decision-making.

• Monitor and track recruitment metrics, maintain data accuracy, and support regular management reporting.

• Assist to review job descriptions as well as doing write-ups for promotion articles

• Participate in candidate database system implementation, including data migration and UAT testing support.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on employers branding initiatives

• Maintain an organized candidate database and recruitment tracker, ensuring accurate records and reporting.

• Provide ad hoc HR administration support to the HRBP and TA team as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Human Resources, Communications, Financial Services, or a related field.

• Ideally with 1-2 years HR experience within financial institution or multinational corporation.

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills especially in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Enthusiastic, proactive attitude and a good team player.

• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.

• A proactive self-starter, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
