Department Overview

Job Description

The HR Intern will partner with members of the North Asia HR team and other cross-functional departments, supporting various initiatives related to HR Operations, Rewards & Benefits, Employee Engagement, Talent Development in the North Asia region.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate HR operations & Administration including but not limited to employee records, employee onboarding & offboarding, overtime management, employment verification etc.

• Support our employee engagement by developing initiatives and bringing new ideas to increase participation, especially in the area of engagement, well being and inclusion.

• Work with HR vendors to roll out employee engagement and talent development programmes

• Help ensure HR practices align with local employment regulations and corporate global policies/ practices

• Assist the HR team with regional HR projects, employee data analysis or talent development as needed

• Perform data analysis/ reporting

Basic Requirements

• ​Study in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines

• Good writing and communication skills, attention to details and the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality

• Self-starter and willing to take on initiatives independently

• Flexibility and agile mindset to handle tasks or projects that may have multiple moving pieces and unexpected changes

• Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the work deliverables

• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint or the equivalent in Google Suite
