About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience across People & Culture, Employee Experience, onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR administration.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with employees, creating a positive workplace experience, and ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employee engagement, transfers, and offboarding.
• Lead and facilitate a smooth and positive new-hire onboarding experience, ensuring all documentation, orientation, and joining formalities are completed.
• Manage offboarding and exit processes, including exit interviews, clearance, documentation, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Support and implement People & Culture initiatives that promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and a positive workplace environment.
• Handle employee queries and concerns while ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
• Contribute to improving the overall Employee Experience through HR programs, activities, and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Coordinate HR administrative activities, including attendance, leave management, employee documentation, and other HR-related processes.
• Work closely with managers and employees to support day-to-day people-related matters.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, internal events, and culture-building initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are communicated effectively and followed consistently.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and other documentation as required.
• Support the HR team with various projects and initiatives related to People & Culture, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a Generalist, People & Culture, or Employee Experience role.
• Strong hands-on experience in onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Good understanding of People & Culture and Employee Experience practices.
• Strong HR administration and documentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, approachable, and employee-focused mindset.
• Good command of written and verbal English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and HR systems or HRIS platforms is preferred.
