Your Responsibilities:

•  Coordinate and support the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management processes, timelines, and tools.
• Monitor completion rates and data quality, ensuring compliance with established processes.
• Analyze performance data and prepare reports and insights for HR and business leaders.
• Support initiatives aimed at strengthening a performance-driven culture.

• Act as a key user of Workday, ensuring accurate employee and organizational data.
• Support managers and employees in using Workday for performance, talent, and organizational processes.
• Maintain HR records, organizational structures, and reporting lines within the system.
• Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Participate in system enhancements, testing, and process improvements.

• Coordinate learning and development activities aligned with business and employee needs.

• Analyze workforce data, including turnover, talent metrics, and performance trends.
• Conduct exit interview analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and retention risks.
• Prepare regular HR metrics and presentations for leadership teams.
• Support evidence-based decision-making through meaningful workforce insights.

• Monitor diversity metrics throughout recruitment, talent review, and promotion processes.
• Support initiatives that promote an inclusive workplace and equal development opportunities.

• Support the implementation of new HR policies, programs, and technologies.
• Monitor upcoming labor law and regulatory changes and support organizational readiness.
• Support center of excellence and deliver requested data on time
• Ensure HR processes are compliant with company policies and applicable legislation.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in talent management, performance management, or HR operations.
• Experience working with Workday or a similar HRIS platform.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret HR data.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
