HR数据分析及可视化
- 收集、整理和维护及治理人力资源相关数据；
- 使用Excel和Power BI制作和优化HR仪表盘；
- 根据业务需求开发可视化分析报表，提升数据洞察效率。
HR数字化项目
- 支持HR数字化及自动化项目实施；
- 协助优化HR数据管理流程；
- 探索AI及数字化工具在人力资源领域的创新应用。
任职要求
教育背景
本科及以上在校学生，专业不限，以下专业优先：
- 人力资源管理
- 统计学
- 数学
- 数据科学与大数据技术
- 信息管理与信息系统
- 工业工程
- 商业分析
技能要求
必备：
- 熟练使用Excel
- 良好的逻辑分析能力和数据敏感度
- 熟练使用PowerPoint
优先：
- Power BI
- Power Query
- SQL基础
- Python基础
- 数据可视化项目经验
个人特质
- 对人力资源工作有浓厚兴趣；
