THE ROLE

As Everpure continues to grow and evolve, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our organisation in France.

As the primary HR partner on the ground in France, you will support leaders and managers across a broad range of people matters, combining day-to-day operational HR partnership with more strategic people initiatives.

You will work with a high degree of ownership and independence in your day-to-day role, while being well supported by the wider EMEA HR team, including HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards and Learning & Development. You will also partner closely with internal and external Legal Counsel on complex employee relations. In this role you will also be the sole HR contact for French  Works Council matters.

This role is ideal for an HR Business Partner who enjoys variety, building strong relationships with the business and taking ownership for local HR delivery, while working collaboratively as part of a wider regional and international team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Strategic Business Partnership: Act as the primary HR advisor for leaders across France, Italy, and Spain, translating business objectives into effective people strategies while proactively identifying and addressing regional trends, talent risks, and organizational challenges.
• Employee & Labour Relations: Manage the full spectrum of complex employee relations, including performance, disciplinary, and grievance issues; serve as the dedicated HR contact for French Works Council (CSE) engagement, ensuring full compliance with local employment law and internal policies.
• Talent & Organizational Effectiveness: Lead high-impact talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management cycles that foster an inclusive culture, retain critical talent, and drive business performance within the South region.
• Operational Delivery & Process Improvement: Balance day-to-day HR support with the implementation of global and regional people programs, partnering closely with EMEA HR Operations to optimize the employee lifecycle, HR administration, and process efficiency.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Paris office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

• HR Domain Expertise: Extensive background as an HR Business Partner or broad HR Generalist, ideally within a matrixed technology or sales-driven environment, with advanced working knowledge of French employment law and modern HR practices.
• Coaching & Influence: Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with managers, coach leadership through complex organizational decisions, and operate with a pragmatic, commercially minded approach.
• Problem-Solving & Judgement: Strong judgment in navigating high-risk employee relations matters, with a proven ability to manage ambiguity, resolve conflicts, and discern precisely when to escalate to legal or specialist teams.
• Communication & Collaboration: Essential fluency in both French and English (written and verbal) is required to collaborate effectively with local teams, regional stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
