We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team Splendido!

She/He will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality laundry service for our guests and employees. The ideal candidate is willing to achieve individual and team goals through passion and commitment.

Reports to the Executive Housekeeper.

Main Duties & Responsabilities:

• Supervision and Quality Control: Meticulously inspect guest rooms (arriving, occupied, and departing) and public areas to ensure absolute compliance with LQA standards and brand operating procedures.
• Operational Coordination: Manage the daily workflow by monitoring cleaning progress and coordinating the floor team to ensure optimal room release times, prioritizing based on VIP arrivals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain constant and transparent communication with the Front Office (regarding room status) and the Maintenance (Engineering) department for reporting and rapidly resolving technical issues.
• Team Training and Support: Work alongside operational staff, offering orientation, on-the-job training, and continuous support to maintain high levels of motivation, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Linen and Inventory Management: Monitor the proper management and rotation of linen, uniforms, and amenities, participating in periodic inventories and monitoring stock levels.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 1–2 years of previous experience in similar roles (Supervisor or Senior Room Attendant) gained within 5-star luxury hotels or resorts.
• Industry Standards: In-depth knowledge of international luxury standards and familiarity with Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) evaluation criteria.
• Languages: Excellent knowledge of Italian and English. Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered a preferential asset.
• Extraordinary attention to detail and a keen sense of aesthetics.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Empathetic leadership, communication skills, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility and availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, in line with the property's seasonality.

• Seasonal labor contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 3, Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Start date: March 2027. End date: November 2027, with the aim of continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path.
• Salary as per CCNL plus an increase based on seniority and skill level, separate payslip for 13th, 14th, and TFR. Accommodation in our staff house, including breakfast and access to the staff canteen.
